[Care and Maintenance]
・Immediately after removal of the packaging film, there may be a characteristic smell of cypress. It is harmless to the human body.
・Before use, lightly wet the board with water to prevent food colours and smells from sticking to it, and to prevent the wood's aroma from being transferred to the food.
・The surface of the product may become sticky as a result of the cypress's unique resin. In case this happens, wipe it off with alcohol or wash it with hot water.
・Not dishwasher-safe

＜お手入れについて＞
・包装のフィルムをはずした直後は、ヒノキ特有のにおいがすることがあります。人体には無害です。
ご使用前に、軽く水でぬらすと、食品の色やにおいがつきにくくなり、木の香りが食材に移りにくくなります。
・ヒノキ特有のヤニ成分が表面にでてきて、ベタベタする場合があります。
アルコールでふき取るか、熱いお湯で洗浄してください。
