Aiming to provide our customers with a comfortable online shopping experience, we take extra care and precaution to ensure that your parcel is shipped out in good condition and is handled accordingly by our delivery partners. Right from the moment you complete your order, till the moment it reaches your home, our dedicated team promises prompt customer service and on-time delivery.
All orders will be processed in 72 hours and handed over to our warehouse to be shipped out. Please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org for us to share the delivery status. If you have ordered a product that requires assembly, our delivery partner will contact you prior to delivery. This is to confirm your availability and delivery details as well as to update you on our estimated delivery time.
Area of Coverage
Décor & home fashion products can be shipped throughout Singapore. We offer a flat delivery rate of SGD 10 for décor & home fashion products, up to 100kg.
Furniture delivery with assembly services are available throughout Singapore as well. The transportation charges are SGD 50 per trip for the delivery and assembly of furniture and for products that are marked with 'Delivery type: DeliverywithAssembly'. These charges will be displayed during check out.
If you are a customer who's residing outside Singapore (Johor or etc.) and are looking to purchase NITORI's furniture, we understand your frustration and would like to apologise for the inconvenience that we have caused you. We are working on expanding our coverage area to other regions in the near future.
Cancellation of Furniture Delivery
Orders of ready stock furniture can be cancelled 8 days before the date of delivery. E-mail us at email@example.com with your order number and state your reason for cancellation. A refund will then be processed accordingly.
Duration of Delivery for Ready Stock Items
All decor & home fashion products, and drop off delivery furniture will be packed and shipped from our physical store. A standard delivery takes 3 – 8 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays), or up to 14 working days for furniture and other bulk items (depending on stock availability).
Unless otherwise stated, we offer a flat delivery rate as mentioned above. These charges will be automatically calculated when you proceed to Checkout on the Website and displayed above your total sum to be paid.
If a delivery attempted by our courier partner is marked as failed or unsuccessful, kindly contact our customer service immediately and arrange for a second delivery. If you are unable to receive your parcel in person, or if you haven’t received the parcel by the 8th working day after your delivery was scheduled, get in touch with our customer service.
