Care Instructions

• Wash thoroughly with washing-up liquid before first use.
• Wash off any residue after use and dry well.
• Because silicone attracts lint, allow it to air dry after washing.
• Do not scrub with scouring pads or abrasive cleaners, as this may scratch the surface.
• Food colouring and odours may be difficult to remove once absorbed.

Safety & Handling

• For household use only — not for commercial use.
• Do not use for any purpose other than intended.
• When using in a frying pan or pot, add 1 to 1.5 cm of hot water.
• When using in a microwave, place it on a plate large enough to hold it.
• A silicone odour may be noticeable when new or when heated.
• Do not place in the freezer.
• The steamer may be hot straight after use — handle with care.
• Do not heat the steamer on its own in the microwave.
• Do not leave it in the microwave for long periods.
• Knife tips and sharp utensils may pierce and damage it.
• Do not use if cracked, chipped or deformed.
• Do not use thinner, benzine, alcohol or similar chemicals.
• Silicone naturally degrades over time and may lose strength or change in appearance, colour or surface feel.
• Keep out of reach of small children and pets.
• Do not place or store near flames.
• Store in a well-ventilated place away from heat and humidity.
• Dispose of in line with local council rules.
