[About care]
● Please stop using bleach. Doing so may cause rust and deterioration.
● Be careful not to rub the blade with nylon non-woven fabric.
● After use, wash thoroughly with a sponge dipped in neutral kitchen detergent, wipe off the water well, and dry.
● Please sharpen 1~2 times a month. Good sharpness lasts.
(A simple sharpener can be used.)

[How to remove rust]
● If you find rust on the blade of the sword, rub it off with a cleanser as soon as possible. If it still does not fall off, sharpen it with a whetstone.
● If the cutting edge is rusty, resharpen.

【Handling precautions】
● Do not cut hard objects such as fish bones, crabs, pumpkins, and frozen foods.
● Do not use on hard objects such as metal or stones.
● Avoid prying left and right or using with impact. Doing so may cause the blade to chip, break, crack, or bend of the cutting edge.
● Do not blow the blade or bring it close.
● Do not place near fire. Doing so may cause the handle to deform or discolor.
● When pressing the back of the knife strongly with your hand, place a cloth on the back and cook.
